Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Return Window: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including intimate wear (like underwear), and final sale items.
