We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice, though changes will never affect an order already confirmed. Product images on this site are illustrative and may differ slightly from the item received in packaging or finish.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery timelines quoted at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Ticad Iboo is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, incomplete delivery addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
